ASTANA. April 9. KAZINFORM President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law of Kazakhstan “On amendments to the National Budget 2009-2011”. The enacted amendments are supposed to foster the implementation of the President’s commissions set in the Message to the Nation “Through Crisis to Renovation and Prosperity”; Kazinform refers to the President’s press service.
