PM set tasks to resolve problems of housing investors
ASTANA. April 10. KAZINFORM Regular session of the Antirecessionary Council, chaired by Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has been held today in Ukimet Uyi, Kazinform has learnt from the press service of the Government.The Prime Minister has received over 3, 000 appeals from the participants of shared construction of Astana, all of which have been studied, K.Massimov said.
In this regard the Premier set a range of tasks to resolve the problems of the housing co-investors.
First Deputy Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev was charged to study the issues of mortgages refinancing within a week and take the required measures.
Astana Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov was instructed to consider the most urgent problems of the housing investors of “Nauryz” villa community, take necessary measures, and deliver a response to the claiming investors.
Chairman of the Board of “Samruk Kazyna” National Welfare Fund JSC together with Chairman of the Kazakh Agency on Financial Supervision Yelena Bakhmutova were charged to study the issue of mortgage contract with “Temirbank” JSC within a week, deliver a response to the investors and report to the Government.
