ASTANA. April 16. KAZINFORM Regular session of the working group on development of the draft Strategy of Kazakhstan’s socio-economic development till 2020 has been held today in the Ukimet Uyi under the chairmanship of Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Head of the Government. Representatives of the Presidential Administration, members of the Government, the Majilis (Lower House of the Kazakh Parliament) and local executive bodies took part in the session. The working group was established in order to implement the commission of the President on the elaboration of the Strategy of country’s development by 2020 within the Long-term Development Strategy “Kazakhstan-2030”. Measures on realization of the long-term priorities from 2010 by 2020 will be provided in the dart Strategy. Members of the working group considered proposals on strategic development of environment-oriented complex, sphere of the civil service and the activity of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry. Proposals on strategic direction of development of North Kazakhstan and Aktobe regions by 2020 were discussed as well.
