ASTANA. April 20. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakh Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Shkolnik reported on the conditions of the real estate market at the session of the Government. As the Minister reminded, KZT 23.5 bln were allocated for support of the shared construction from the republican budget and the Governmental reserve. 450 housing estates were constructing in the forth quarter of 2007. “For today 176 facilities with 23.4 thousand of interest-holders were accomplished”, V.Shkolnik said. The Minister said that increase of the degree of completion can be observed in Astana at 42 facilities of 123. Five facilities with 1267 interest-holders were commissioned from the beginning of the year. Astana Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov said that three more housing estates were commissioned within last two weeks, corresponding documents were sent for signing. The Kazakh Premier charged the leadership of “Samruk Kazyna” Fund to settle the issues of financing of the shared construction units immediately.
