ASTANA. May 4. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov held a session on the issues of the Aktau seaport development, Government press service said. The participants of the session discussed the problems of execution of the Aktau seaport northern expansion project, the progress of the project implementation, outlooks for the shipment growth due to the increasing activity of the oil and gas industry. The issues of participation of Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund in the projects were also discussed. The Prime Minister assigned to correct the plans given the objective to raise Kazakhstan's content in these projects, promote national oil-and-gas industry and carry through large industrial projects.
