The Senate’s Committee for Finance and Budget has discussed a draft law “On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of currency regulation and currency control” today; Kazinform refers to the House’s press service. The document is aimed at improving the system of currency regulation and currency control in Kazakhstan. The draft law introduces amendments to the Criminal Code, Administrative Violations Code, Tax Code, the laws “On national bank of Kazakhstan”, “On currency regulation and currency control” and others. The bill is submitted for the Senate’s consideration.
