ASTANA. May 14. KAZINFORM. /Kanat Kulshmanov/ This year Kazakhstan plans to finish 78 regional projects, thus creating 9,000 jobs. Kazakh Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Shkolnik has made it public at today’s meeting of Kazakh Prime Minister with akims of the regions and cities of Astana and Almaty. “Out of 147 regional projects with KZT 2.3 trillion of investments 78 are planned to be finished this year. These projects are realized at the initiative of private business”, the Minister said. Investments projects are financed through credit resources (45%), from own funds (49%), through the institutes of development and local budgets (4%).
