President signed amendments to law on state regulation of agrarian and industrial complex
Astana. March 28. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the law on amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic Kazakhstan on the state regulation of development of agriculture and rural territories directed at improvement of the level of measures of support of agricultural commodity producers adopted by the state, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.
As it was informed earlier, the purpose of the law is creation of conditions for increase of competitiveness and efficiency of agriculture, measures of state support addressed and differentiation of powers between the levels of executive authority.
The document provides change of the operating system of subsidizing of agriculture. The deputies proposed to unite all directions of subsidizing in one and allocate these means for priority type of crops on the basis of one hectare of arable land.
According to the authors of the law, such measure will provide escalating volumes of manufacture and improvement of quality of agricultural products, the needed direction of state support and the highest possible scope of goods of agriculture producers with subsidies.
