ASTANA. May 21. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ A two-day international conference “Methods of Financing of Innovative Enterprises” has been opened in Astana. The conference was organized by the Economic Research Institute JSC together with the UN Economic Commission for Europe. Issues of development of mechanisms of external financing of innovative enterprises in the countries of the region with transition economy, use of intellectual property as assets and key bases of governmental actions and state-private partnership will be discussed at the conference. Experts of international organizations, representatives of the state bodies of Kazakhstan, institutes of development, and specialists working in the field of innovative entrepreneurship are taking part in the conference. According to Kazakh Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov, the current period of the world crisis forms a platform for preparation to the next stage of economic growth. In this regard the innovative activity becomes one of the top for the development of the economy of the country.
