Kazakh PM charged to sell 0.8 % of ENRC shares
Astana. April 2. Kazakhstan Today - On Saturday, during the government meeting the Prime Minister of the Republic Karim Masimov charged the government to prepare 0.8 % of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC) shares for sale, the agency reports.
"The Ministry of Finance has been charged to prepare 0.8 % of ENRC shares for sale being in the state ownership for physical persons of the citizens of Kazakhstan," K. Masimov said. "There should be maximum scope so that highest quantity of people could take part in purchase. The process should be under the control of akims," he noted.
The Prime Minister also charged the Chairmen of Kazyna fund, Samruk and Kazagro holdings in a week term to submit proposals regarding share holding, being in their property, for the government consideration.
