ASTANA. July 28. KAZINFORM Prime Minister Karim Massimov has introduced new Head of the Kazakh Agency for Construction, Housing Maintenance and Utilities to the staff of the department, the PM's press service informs. In accordance with the President's decision, the Government appointed Nokin Serik Kenessovich Chairman of the Agency for Construction, Housing Maintenance and Utilities. Earlier, Serik Nokin chaired the Committee for Construction, Housing Maintenance and Utilities. The Head of the Government defined following priority challenges for the Agency: improve the system of state regulation of construction sector laying emphasis on energy saving; raising efficiency of the state expertise in construction; coordination of solution of the problems of housing investors and participants of mortgage lending and housing construction markets; ensure control over implementation of the Program on housing-utilities sector's reforming.
