2009 International LNG Technology and Project Week is the 13th Global Energy Dialogue Event, which is specially organized for projects, market and technology exchanges among senior executives of global energy stakeholders. This event will focus on what’s happening for the LNG world during and after the economic downturn, with key discussions including demand and supply balance changes, featured international liquefaction and regasification terminal projects, new technology tendency for more cost-efficient LNG plant, storage, transportation, terminal as well as offshore applications. The event will also analyze the unique China market which might play an even more positive role because it’s less vulnerable to economic crisis.
Further more, It is estimated that during the Global Financial Crisis, there might be less than a dozen alive LNG regasification projects worldwide, among which 60% lies in China, an area where is less vunerable to the economic turmoil. The optional post conference part of the event will lead participants to visit and network with promising LNG plant and regasification terminal projects in event venue nation China. Additional publications (report and map) on the venue nation projects and opportunities are also provided to help LNG stakeholders to grow their business in this area.
