Kazakhstan Development Bank, Mizuho Corporate Bank signed agreement on coop
ASTANA. April 4. KAZINFORM - Agreement on business cooperation between the Development Bank of Kazakhstan and Japanese Mizuho Corporate Bank has been signed today in Tokyo by heads of these financial organizations Askar Sembin and Hiroshi Saito; Kazinform refers to the press service of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
Mizuho Corporate Bank JSC was established in April 2002. It is the second Japanese conglomerate in the sphere of rendering financial services. The bank has a wide network of affiliates (400) and representations (12) all over the world.
General purpose of the document’s signing is multilateral cooperation and partnership of the banks on the basis of mutual efforts and realization of business interaction in the investment field. Spheres of collaboration will be co-financing of large investment projects, attraction of Japanese strategic investors to Kazakhstan, participation in the international syndicated loans, commercial and project financing, treasury operations and seminars on the experience exchange between the banks.
