KAZINFORM. /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Making a speech at the joint session of Parliament houses the Head of the State commissioned the Government to complete elaboration of the 5-year industrialization plan, Industrialization Map for 2010-2015 and scheme of rational location of production capacities till 2020. According to the President, 25 industrial projects in the spheres of engineering, metallurgy, oil processing, pharmacy and chemical industry with the total budget of USD 30 billion have been selected to date. 270, 000 jobs were created. "All measures on industrialization and development of Kazakhstan's economy should have good legislative provision. It is necessary to consider the opportunity of establishing the law on industrial policy. I urge the Government to speed up preparation of a draft law and submit it to the Parliament", N. Nazarbayev said.
