ASTANA. September 14. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Draft laws "On national budget for 2010-2012" and "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012" have been presented in the Kazakh Majilis. Kazakh Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov emphasized that the draft national budget was elaborated taking into account instructions of the Head of the State and the National Platform of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party. Sultanov informed of the basic parameters of the national budget for 2010-2012. Budget revenue: in 2010 - KZT 3189.6 bln, in 2011 - KZT 3479.0 bln, in 2012 - KZT 3709.1 bln. Incomings: in 2010 - KZT 1734.5 bln, in 2011 - KZT 2068.9 bln, in 2012 - KZT 2210.4 bln. The guaranteed transfer from the National Fund is planned in the following amounts: in 2010 - KZT 1075,7 bln, in 2011 - KZT 1171.0 bln, in 2012 - KZT 1266.0 bln. Expenditures will make up: in 2010 - KZT 3910.6 bln, in 2011 - KZT 4213.0, in 2012 - KZT 4444.9 bln. National budget deficit is planned in the following amounts: in 2010 - KZT 721 bln, in 2011 - KZT 734 bln, in 2012 - KZT 735.8 bln. The GDP will make up in 2010 KZT 17411.9 bln, in 2011 - KZT 19316.0 bln, in 2012 - KZT 21022.9 bln.
