ALMATY. September 18. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ Owing to the state program of mortgages refinancing 30,000 people got credit conditions simplification. Kazakh First Deputy Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev has announced it at the session 'On current situation at equity construction market' in Almaty. The state program of mortgages refinancing is going to be completed, the last term is established on October 1. According to the First Deputy Vice Prime Minister, KZT 116 bln out of KZT 120 bln allocated for this program were disbursed. "30,000 people got credit conditions simplification. They will pay about 30 per cent less. This issue should be considered at the next session of the State Commission on Modernization and discussed", Shukeyev said. Chairman of Board of Real Estate Fund JSC Gosman Amrin, in his turn, noted, that the Government's goal was realized. He informed that in 8 out of 11 banks participated in the program the funds were allocated. BTA Bank, Temirbank and Nurbank continue to utilize these funds. "These banks take obligations to disburse these funds till the end of the current month", Amrin noted.
