ALMATY. September 18. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ The akimats has gained momentum for early solution of the problem with mortgage and uncompleted construction. Kazakh First Deputy Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev has announced it at the session in Almaty. "We know that the bulk of the facilities should be launched in the fourth quarter. Today we have visited a number of facilities in Almaty city and Almaty oblast. The akimats gained good momentum", U.Shukeyev emphasized. According to him, the activity of all bodies of the executive power showed its efficiency. "we have many methods of this problem solution. And we are ready to propose any of nine mechanisms to developers, banks and home investors", U.Shukeyev said. He reminded that within the framework of the anti-crisis program the Government elaborates a number of measures on solution of the home owners' issues, provision of housing and implementation of nine main mechanisms of housing estates completion. U.Shukeyev noted that at present 214 facilities are completed and 31,000 home owners get their flats. Representatives of the state bodies, construction companies, banks, ministries and akimats of Almaty city and Almaty oblast took part in the session.
