France considers Kazakhstan to be its political partner", French President Nicolas Sarkozy has said within his official visit to our country. "Kazakhstan plays a very important role in ensuring stability in the region. We need you in regulation of the crisis situation in Afghanistan and Iran, building new relations with Russia, in struggle against extremism and in solution of all critical situations in the region - in Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia and Ossetia conflicts", he said. "Therefore we arrived here, to our political partner and we are proud of the number of agreements to be signed today", N. Sarkozy highlighted.
