KAZINFORM. /Serik Kozhkenov/ "The next housing construction program for 2008-2010 suggests building of 27 mln sq m more plus to 18 mln sq m, erected for the past three years," Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev told during the live broadcast in Astana. "The goal of the state is to forward funds for the creation of conditions for the construction operations, including parceling of building lands, development of utilities, laying of roads, and installation of power transmission lines," the President said.
