Mazhilis discussed draft law on simplification of procedures for business development
ASTANA. October 12. KAZINFORM Today Mazhilis of the Kazakh Parliament has considered the issue on simplification of the registration procedure of new enterprises for legal bodies with a status of small, medium and large entrepreneurship; the press-service of the Mazhilis said.
The issue on reduction of size for minimal nominal capital for small business entities created in the form of limited liability company.
It is said in the conclusion of the Mazhilis Committee on Legislation and legal reforms concerning draft Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the issues of simplification of a state registration procedure for legal bodies and record registration for affiliates and representative offices" introduced in the Parliament by the Kazakh Government.
As a whole the draft law is aimed at simplification of a procedure for beginning of business and creation of conductive environment for its development in Kazakhstan.
During the work over the draft law the deputies brought a set of proposals aimed at differentiation of registration terms for legal bodies in relation to their form of business ownership and type of constituent documents.
The Committee introduced the document for discussion at the plenary session of Mazhilis of the Kazakh Parliament.
