KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ About 80% of the funds allotted to SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund within the anti-crisis program have been utilized to date, Kairat Kelimbetov, Chairman of the Fund, has announced at a press conference. "As for USD 9 bln or KZT 1 trln 87.5 bln, approximately 80% have been spent for various programs to date. The rest of the money will be used for completion of housing construction in Almaty and Astana", Kelimbetov said.
