ALMATY. October 13. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ "The research activity of Kazakhstan will have a new financial support system", Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said today, lecturing before the audience of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. According to the President, there will be three components: base financing, program targeted financing and grant financing. "Base financing is necessary for provision of daily living - maintain facilities, pay salaries. Program-targeted financing is a special state program designed for human sciences. Grant financing is the main payment", the President said. Addressing the youth, the Head of the State said that the country needs more talented scientists, working in the most advanced fields of science. The President appealed students to pursue science and actualize their research talents.
