ASTANA. October 14. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Mazhilis of the Kazakhs Parliament has approved the draft Law "On amendments to some legislative acts on simplification of state registration for legal bodies and record registration of affiliates and representative offices" at the plenary session. "The draft Law is aimed at simplification of procedures for business and creation of conductive environment for its development in Kazakhstan", - Vice Ministry of Justice Marat Beketayev noted in his report. According to him at present Kazakhstan ranks the 82nd in the world on simple registration of legal bodies. Therefore the draft Law provides simplification of registration and reregistration procedure for legal bodies as well as reduction of size of minimal nominal capital for small business entities created in the form of limited liability company. The deputies offered a set of proposals aimed at differentiation of registration terms and reregistration of legal bodies according to their form of business ownership and type of constituent documents.
