KARAGANDA. October 16. KAZINFORM. /Valentina Yelizarova/ The negotiations within the framework of Kazakhstan's accession to the WTO regarding agricultural sphere are in early stages. Expert of the Center for Trade Policy Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Kazakhstan Dariya Bakytbekkyzy has said is at the seminar on Kazakhstan's integration into the world community in Karaganda today. According to the expert, the talks on the agricultural issues are held only with the WTO itself now. "The negotiation process is in the initial phase since agriculture is a peculiar sector that needs caution. In this branch Kazakhstan is striving to higher level of state subsidies", she noted.
