KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ From August 13, 2010 in accordance with the Law of Kazakhstan "On national registers of identification numbers", the taxpayer identification number, social individual code and other codes used in different information systems of the state bodies and departments are to be invalidated. This has been said at the forth international conference "E-government's initiatives" with participation of Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov. A single 'key' - personal identification number for individuals - will be used in all state bodies and departments. The personal identification number is unique and is assigned once during birth registration in the registry offices or in the primary issuance of identity document.
