Almaty. April 10. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan National scientifically technological holding Samgau will be created to provide favorable conditions for effective scientifically technological development of the state. The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the decree, the agency reports referring to official mass media. The Kazakhstan President's Administration has been charged with control over execution of the decree. The decree was put in force since the date of signing, April 6, 2007.
