Urgent to adopt law on public-private partnership in Kazakhstan
ASTANA. November 30. KAZINFORM. /Timur Bekturganov/ "The issue on adoption of a law on public-private partnership becomes is urgent today", Chairman of the Board of Public-Private Partnership Center of Kazakhstan Bolat Smagulov has said at the annual economic forum "Expert 100-Kazakhstan" in Astana today.
According to him, the law is needed to regulate methods, forms and mechanisms of the programs of public-private partnership and fix liability of the parties - state and private business. By projects financing the document will allow to give priority to the public-private partnership. In this context he noted positive experience of European counties and South Korea.
B. Smagulov emphasized that the law will give a new impulse to the development of Kazakhstan's economy.
