KAZINFORM. /Dina Yermaganbetova/ "A concept of the program for the formation of the 30 corporate leaders of Kazakhstan has been approved," chief of Kazyna Sustainable Development Fund JSC Kairat Kelimbetov told a briefing following the meeting of Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev with the Cabinet of Ministers. «A program for the creation of the 30 corporate leaders of Kazakhstan has been conceptually adopted today to reveal certain breakthrough projects which will contribute to the diversification of the country’s economy,» Kelimbetov noted. This program will be based on the principles of the state and private partnership and controlled by Kazyna Foundation. The point at issue is not just the capitalization of the development institutes but also the states agencies’ assistance in arrangement of generating capacities, transport routes and provision with skilled workers and other production factors.
