Chairman of the Board of KazAgro Holding Assylzhan Mamytbekov has announced it at the national session on development of agroindustrial complex held in the Kazakh Government on Monday. "Loans share to agriculture decreased from 12 percent in 2007 to 3.5 percent in 2009. it proves that we need the specialized bank in the agrarian sector", A.Mamytbekov said. He noted that the countries with developed agroindustrial complex have specialized banking structures. Their features are high level of capitalization; integrated approach for financing agrobusiness.
