Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has announced it at the national session on agroindustrial complex held in the Kazakh government on Monday. It is written in the Constitution, that it is forbidden by the Land Code. The land can belong only to a citizen of Kazakhstan", the Premier said.
