Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced it at the festive concert dedicated to the 18th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence. "We will continue modernization of the oil and gas and ore mining complex, which are the basis of the national economy. Kazakhstan occupies the second place on reservoirs of many types of mineral raw material. We are at the second place in the CIS after Russia on the volumes of oil mining. 76 mln tones of oil will be mined till the end of the year", N.Nazarbayev said.
