Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov has announced it at the meeting with members of the Kazakhstan Engineering Workers' Union on Wednesday. "We should modernize and introduce new technologies, it is very easy to say and very hard to do", the Premier said. "There should be a clean scheme. We should clearly understand what to do", he emphasized. The Premier noted that the state will support export-oriented enterprises.
