Kazakhstan plans to increase white sugar production by 750 thousand tons by 2014

KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ In accordance with the master plan, presented by the Kazakh Ministry of Agriculture at the session of the Coordination Council on forced industrial-innovative development, Kazakhstan plans to increase white sugar production by 750 thousand tons per year by 2014 that will provide 83% of the domestic needs.
Construction of seed processing plant that will provide domestic manufacturers with seeds; modernization of instruments of subsidy; stimulation of sugar beet production by means of assignment of quotas for plants; etc. are planned in order to achieve the set tasks.
