ASTANA. 15.01.2010. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ 24 industrial and infrastructural facilities are expected to be launched by the DBK clients during 2010; Chairman of the Board of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan Gali Iskaliyev has said it today. "In 2010 our clients intend to launch 24 industrial and infrastructural facilities amounted to USD 2.3 bln, including 9 projects of the national level amounted to USD 50 mln", the head of the Bank said at the extended session of the board of Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade. He also noted that 8,500 jobs will be created after the implementation of these projects. Summing up the results of the Bank's activity, G. Iskaliyev informed that under the Anti-Recessionary Program of the Government the Bank refinanced 19 non-oil-and-gas projects of eight commercial banks incurring a deficit of credit recourses. Financing of some projects was completed by the Bank at the expense of its own loan proceeds.
