Russia makes first package for spent nuclear fuel storage for Kazakhstan
SAINT PETERSBURG. 18.01.2010. KAZINFORM /Yelena Myagkova/ Russia's Sevmash shipyard (Arkhangelsk region) has sent the first package for spent nuclear fuel storage to Kazakhstan.
As the enterprise's press service informs a Kazinform correspondent, 20 packages of such equipment will be made under the contract with Concern Energoatom JSC this year.
Packages for spent nuclear fuel storage are meant for nuclear power stations.
