KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The course of trade is developing spontaneously because of the fact that the national legislation does not control this sphere; Vice Minister of Industry and Trade of Kazakhstan Timur Zhaksylykov has informed of it today in Majilis. "For today, due to the simplification of administrative procedure in trade activity the existing national legislation does not regulate this sphere. In most cases trade is developing independently and spontaneously", - the Vice Minister said. The draft Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on regulation of trade activity" introduced by the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade provides the possibility of measures taken by the Government aimed at food security of the country as well as the development of upcoming sectors of production.
