Government held first session of state commission on economy modernization
Astana. April 17. Kazakhstan Today - The first session of the state commission on Kazakhstan economy modernization headed by the Prime Minister of the Republic Karim Masimov took place in the government on Monday, the PM's press service informed.
"We are to achieve the main objective - realization of concrete projects which should provide economy diversification of Kazakhstan as well high competitiveness by 2015 so that Kazakhstan can become one of fifty most developed countries of the world," K. Masimov said at the session.
The government will create working group on realization of the strategic plan and development of the state program on 30 corporate leaders of Kazakhstan.
The state commission on modernization of economy was created by the decree of the President on April 13, 2007.
