ASTANA. 29.01.2010. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev charged the Government to provide a common budget program on the development of an entrepreneurial sector starting from 2010. Such a commission the Head of the State has given today in his annual address to the nation at the joint session of the Kazakh Parliament. "The program is aimed at creating permanent jobs through the development of a new sector of entrepreneurial business, first and foremost - small and medium businesses. The mayors will have to work hard, find new people to create new businesses", the Head of the State underlined. According to the President, the funds of the program will be used according to the following lines: subsidizing of interest rates, fractional loan granting to small and medium businesses, service support to business dealing, staff retraining and development, youth practice and social jobs. It should be noted that the President suggested to name the program as the Business Road Map 2020.
