ASTANA. 30.01.2010. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Saving function of the National Fund needs to be strengthened", Kazakh Prime minister Karim Massimov has said today at the session of the Government. "The crisis showed all advantages of the National Fund. Today we should strengthen its saving function in accordance with the resident's instruction. Different approaches on the functioning of the National Fund were discussed continually, but to date all key directions were defined", the Head of the Government said. In this regard K.Massimov charged the Ministry of Economy and budget Planning, the Ministry of Finance together with the National Bank and the Agency on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets and Financial Organizations to submit for consideration of the government the final draft concept of development of budgetary and financial sectors by the end of February.
