Four budget programs on forced industrialization under development

ASTANA. 19.02.2010. KAZINFORM Four budget programs aimed at support of forced industrialization are being developed at present; representatives of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade have informed of it today at the session-seminar in Astana. As was noted, several programs as Road Business Map - 2020, Export -2020, Productivity - 2020 and Investments - 2020 developed within the State Program on forced industrial-innovation development of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014 are necessary for the development of enter entrepreneurship in regions, as well as for the enhancement of non-oil-and-gas sector, technological modernization, rising of productivity and for attraction of large investors and transnational companies. According to Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Nurbek Rayev the regions themselves will be direct performers of the State Program on forced industrial-innovation development of Kazakhstan. The major indicators will be the productivity, volume of attracted direct investments, share of non-oil-and-gas export, innovation active enterprises and the number of working places. The national session-seminar entitled, "Key Issues of Interaction of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade and regions on Implementation of the State Program on forced industrial-innovation development of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014" was organized within the objectives set in the President's Address to the Nation.
