BAKU. 19.03.2010. KAZINFORM The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will present an emulsifier "Neftegaz-1", which is recommended for oil demulsification in primary treatment of oil, at the "OilTech Kazakhstan" technical conference to be held in Atyrau Apr.6-7, the exhibition company, which deals with the organization of the conference, reported. Demulsifier prepared by the Research and Design Institute "Neftegaz".
Institute's Director Fakhraddin Ismayilov will make a report titled "A new composite demulsifier" at the event. In particular, the Institute developed composite compositions exhibiting demulsifying action for destruction of persistent oil emulsions in fields of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
Almost all the work in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea, as well as the design for the construction of offshore bases on stationary offshore field of Cuba, India, Yemen and Iran, the Black and Azov Seas, Turkmen Caspian shelf are based on the Institute's projects. The Institute is also actively involved in the design of widely used floating and semi-submerged plants, oil and gas exploration in Poland and Bulgaria.
The conference will bring together some 130 delegates and 20 speakers.
Atyrau will also host "Atyrau Oil, Gas and Infrastructure" exhibition. About 100 companies from 10 countries: UK, Germany, Italy, China, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and France, as well as oil and gas companies "KazMunaiGas EP, TCO and the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) will be represented in this exhibition, Trend Capital reports.
