ASTANA. April 18. KAZINFORM. /Dina Yermaganbetova/ «Development of the legal base for the formation of the Customs Union within the frame of the EurAsEC has been completed for 90%,» Community’s Secretary General Grigory Rapota told a briefing following the meeting of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev with the heads of delegations, arrived in Astana for participation in the EurAsEC Interstate Council’s sitting. «A package of documents and their provisions have been coordinated for 90 per cent, the rest of them are still under the conciliation process on the level of the experts. I think the time left is enough for the completion," Rapota added. As earlier reported, the decision to set up the Customs Union was taken by the leaders of Kazakhstan, Russia and Byelorussia at the EurAsEC Summit last summer.
