Cabinet approved Actions Plan on implementation of State Program of Forced Industrial and Innovative Development of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014
ASTANA. 13.04.2010. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The Kazakh Government has approved an Actions Plan on implementation of the State Program of Forced Industrial and Innovative Development of the country for 2010-2014.
Vice Minister of Industry and New Technologies Albert Rau introduced the document at the Government's session.
According to him, draft Actions Plan was developed and agreed upon with all state bodies and departments, akimats (administrations) of regions, SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund, KazAgro National Holding.
"Taking into account that our main goal is implementation of the state program, there was proposed a new approach for elaboration of the Actions Plan on the basis of international experience of realization of comprehensive programs", A.Rau emphasized.
First of all, the Plan highlights a limited number of strategic directions of the implementation. Secondly, a program purposive approach: goals, objectives, indexes, deadlines - is used for each direction.
"All of them are directed for achievement of goals of the state program", the Vice Minister noted.
Thirdly, according to A.Rau, only one state body or department is responsible for each program implementation.
