ASTANA. 27.04.2010. KAZINFORM The issues of financial support of the projects aimed at development of oil and gas sector of economy were discussed at a meeting of deputies with heads of Kazakhstan Development Bank JSC. The meeting was held in the Kazakh Senate with participation of Vice Speaker Mukhambet Kopeyev and under chairmanship of Head of the Senate's Finance and Budget Committee Kairat Ishanov on Monday, April 26; the House's press service reports. Head of the Bank Gali Iskaliyev informed of the directions of the financial institution's operations and told about projects aimed at implementation of the State Program of Industrial and Innovative Development for 2010-2014. As Gali Iskaliyev noted, special attention is paid to financing of industrial programs and projects included in the National Industrialization Map. In particular, from the beginning of the activity the institution participated in launching 83 projects and financing of 30 facilities. Having noted importance of coordination and interaction of development institutions in industrial programs implementation, Vice Minister of Industry and New Technologies Albert Rau emphasized necessity of requirements toughening for projects applying for inclusion in the Industrialization Map.
