Almaty. April 25. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov offered the owners of large land plots in Almaty oblast to voluntary transfer the land to the state property. K. Masimov said on Tuesday during the meeting concerning realization of the general plan for development of Almaty for the period till 2020. "I propose the land plots to be returned to the state property voluntary," K. Masimov emphasized. He charged the State Office of Public Prosecutor to find out how these plots were given out."
