ALMATY. May 2. KAZINFORM – A scientific - practical conference titled The problems of the oil and gas industry’s innovation development has started its work today in Almaty. It is organized by the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU). The main purpose of the conference is to develop research abilities and skills of the students, activate scientific-innovation activity of the KBTU teaching staff, discuss science and education integration problems. The representatives of the international and domestic companies of the oil and gas sector, in particular, State and Local Management Institute of the State Administration Academy under the President of Kazakhstan, KazMunaiGaz National Company are participating in it. The issues on the new technologies of oil production and distribution, processing of hydrocarbon materials, information and nanotechnologies in oil and gas sector, socio-economic, ecologic and legal problems of the oil and gas industry will be considered during the conference.
