Exit tourism in Kazakhstan to increase by 40 %
Almaty. May 4. Kazakhstan Today - Exit tourism in Kazakhstan in 2007 will increase by 40 %. The Director of the Kazakhstan Tourist Association Rashida Shaykenova said today at the press conference, the agency reports.
R. Shaykenova emphasized that business tourism prevails in Kazakhstan (82 - 84 %) and the other - ecological and sports.
In 2007 - 2011 with the view of realization of the state program on development of tourist industry 59 318 221 thousand KZT, including 2 329 668 thousand KZT in 2007, 20 637 405 thousand in 2008, 30 635 357 thousand in 2009, 2 774 656 thousand in 2010, 2 941 135 thousand KZT in 2011 is planned to be allocated in the Republican budget.
