Kazakhstan Today - The regional financial center of Almaty is negotiating with the Hong Kong party about creation of the fund for investment to Kazakhstan and from Kazakhstan to Hong Kong. The Chairman of the agency on regulation of the regional financial center of Almaty Arken Arystanov said today in the interview to the journalists, the agency reports. "We expect to create the fund in 2008. Fund Kazyna will represent Kazakhstan and private large banks and investment funds will present Hong Kong party," A. Arystanov noted.
