Total volume of Kazakh capital outflow climbed USD20 bln
ALMATY. May 21. KAZINFORM. /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ “Owing to its opportunities the present-day Kazakhstan assumes measures of economic and humanitarian support to other states of the region,” Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev voiced at today’s ministerial meeting of the UN ESCAP member states in Almaty.
Several years ago Kazakhstan started exporting its capital. The total volume of the capital outflow for the past two and a half years made USD 20 bln.
To date Kazakhstan is involved in working out a special program for Afghanistan, including the measures for strengthening humanitarian and economic cooperation, investing into the Afghan economy, and training of specialists. As stated there, Kazakhstan has already forwarded 4 tons of wheat to this country.
