ASTANA. June 28. KAZINFORM /Serik Kozhkenov/ - Senate of the Kazakh Parliament has adopted the law On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the issues of the development of the regional financial center of Almaty city at its plenary sitting today. The law foresees amendments to three legislative acts including the laws On noncommercial organizations, On stock market, On regional financial center of Almaty city. According to the document, for the purpose of the creation of a single Kazakhstan’s securities market broker and dealer firms are allowed to participate in the financial center. Besides, all the participants of the center will be able to conclude transactions with the financial instruments on the other stock exchanges and informal market.
